Transportation & Logistics

• Private pickup and drop-off services between Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) and your hotel.
• Round-trip ground transportation from Kathmandu to the trek starting point at Machha Khola or Soti Khola via private jeep.
• Return ground transportation from Besisahar or Dharapani back to Kathmandu via private vehicle or comfortable tourist bus.

Accommodation & Meals

• Standard hotel accommodation in Kathmandu before and after the trek (including breakfast).
• Clean, authentic teahouse and lodge accommodations along the Manaslu trekking route on a twin-sharing basis.
• Full-board meals during the trek: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Fresh seasonal fruits served after dinner on the trail.
• Regular tea or coffee provided during meal times.

Permits & Documentation

• Manaslu Restricted Area Permit (RAP) required for foreign trekkers.
• Manaslu Conservation Area Project (MCAP) entry permit.
• Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permit for the exit route.
• All necessary government taxes, environmental fees, and official service charges.

Guiding Team & Support

• Government-licensed, English-speaking trekking guide with specific experience in the restricted Manaslu region, including their daily wage, insurance, food, and lodging.
• Experienced trekking porters to carry baggage, typically shared between two trekkers up to a maximum weight limit.
• Complete arrangement and logistics coordination throughout the duration of the trek.

Safety & Gear

• Comprehensive first-aid medical kit carried by the trekking guide for minor injuries and ailments.
• Daily oxygen saturation and pulse monitoring to track health status at higher altitudes.
• Assistance with emergency helicopter rescue coordination and medical evacuation logistics if required.
