Transportation & Logistics  

• Private pickup and drop-off services between Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) and your hotel.  
• Round-trip domestic flights between Kathmandu/Manthali and Lukla (including airport departure taxes). 
• All required ground transfers via private vehicle as per the itinerary.   

Accommodation & Meals  

• 2 Nights of standard hotel accommodation in Kathmandu (including breakfast).  
• 11 Nights of clean, comfortable teahouse/lodge accommodations along the trekking route (twin-sharing basis).  
• Full-board meals during the trek: 12 Breakfasts, 11 Lunches, and 11 Dinners.  
• Fresh seasonal fruits served after dinner every evening on the trail.  
• Regular tea or coffee during meals.    

Permits & Documentation  

• Sagarmatha National Park Entry Permit.  
• Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Local Permit.  
• All necessary government taxes, environmental fees, and official service charges.    

Guiding Team & Support 

• Government-licensed, English-speaking Sherpa trekking guide (including their salary, insurance, food, and lodging).
• Experienced trekking porters (typically 1 porter shared between 2 trekkers, carrying up to 20kg/44lbs total).
• Complete arrangement for baggage handling throughout the trek.   

Safety & Gear  

• Comprehensive first-aid medical kit carried by the guide.  
• Daily pulse oximeter monitoring to track oxygen saturation levels at high altitudes.   
• Assistance with emergency rescue and helicopter evacuation logistics (to be covered by your travel insurance).
